The educational program \u201cManagement<\/a>\u201d (specialty D3 Management<\/strong>) is aimed at training doctors of philosophy in the field of management, capable of conducting independent scientific research, producing new ideas, solving complex problems of management and administration, as well as creating scientific results that have theoretical and practical significance. The program is focused on training specialists of a new formation who can work according to modern scientific, educational and professional standards in a rapidly changing environment.<\/p>

Postgraduate students of the educational program \u201cManagement\u201d master the general principles and methodology of scientific research, learn to formulate and test scientific hypotheses, carry out research in management and related interdisciplinary areas. The content of the program forms knowledge about the theoretical and methodological principles of researching current problems in the field of management and creates a basis for innovative solutions of theoretical and applied directions.<\/p>

The training includes general and professional educational components, free choice of academic disciplines, formation of an individual educational trajectory, preparation of a dissertation research, publication of scientific results, participation in conferences, seminars and scientific projects.<\/p>
