An interesting and informative event for students of gr. M-71 was held on December 5, 2019. Within the framework of the discipline \u201cOrganization of Industrial Enterprise Management\u201d, the professor of the Department of Management, Kislyy Vladimir Nikolaevich<\/a>, held a business game \u201cDevelopment of job descriptions for managers and specialists\u201d for third-year students. The purpose of the event was the assimilation by students of the principles of forming the organizational structure of the functional unit of the enterprise, as well as the mastery of the methodology for compiling job descriptions. To complete the task, the group was divided into three work teams that served as the technology bureaus. Each team selected a team leader (head of the bureau), other members of the teams acted as executors in the bureau: engineers and technologists.<\/p>\n

As a result of the business game, students learned to form different organizational structures – for the technological bureau, for the department of the chief technologist and for a machine-building enterprise, as well as to develop job descriptions for the employees of this unit.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
