The National Agency for Quality Assurance of Higher Education is actively preparing experts on accreditation of educational programs. One of the stages of this training is the training of potential experts in the face-to-face training. During December 10-11, the SSU underwent appropriate training at the “Laboratory of Ideas” of the Department of Management. One of our team members took part in it. The assistant to the Department of Management, Ph.D. of PA Demikhov O.<\/a> successfully accomplished the training. The future experts mastered the competencies in evaluating educational programs, communication skills with focus groups and the psychology. So, instead of formal administrative functions, an expert advises and helps a higher education institutions to improve their educational programs. It is such a European approach that will allow us to reform our higher education system!<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
