On 21th of January 2020 practitioner Shahov Viktor, the main architect of the oblast during 1986-1992, provided the lecture for students of the training program \u201c Public Service\u201d. During the meeting, there were a a lot of questions discussed vividly. For instance, there are issues of territorial forming,\u00a0United Territorial Communities (UTC)\u00a0development in consideration with the resource potential of the Sumy Oblast, sustainable development and so on.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
