The Head of the Grant Sector of the Department of Strategic Development of the Sumy City Council, Yuliia Tereshchenko, an alumnus of the Department of Management in the specialty “Project Management”, held a number of practice-oriented activities for students of SSU.<\/p>\n

On April 13, 2020, Yuliia Tereshchenko was invited to conduct a course on “Leadership and Team Management” (lecturer Alona Yevdokymova<\/a>). She shared her experience in working in teams for the implementation of educational and cultural projects, and spoke about the features of teamwork in grant projects involving foreign investment and effective tools for motivating team members.<\/p>\n

On April 14, 2020, for students of the specialty \u201cProject Management\u201d, the alumnus of which was Yuliya Tereshchenko herself, a practical lesson was held on the discipline \u201cImplementation of Project\u201d (lecturer Iuliia Myroshnychenko<\/a>). In the example of real projects, Yuliia spoke about the features of risk management and the monitoring of projects.<\/p>\n

Involving practitioners in the learning process allows to fill the content of educational materials and encourages students to gain new knowledge. Thank you to Yuliia Tereshchenko for an interesting discussion!<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
