On November 18, a practice-oriented lesson was held with the co-founder of the FEEL FINE and DN Service brands Olha Finkilshtein. She visited 4th year students (M-71 group) Management specialty to share useful tips on using the knowledge gained at the university in their career development.<\/p>\n

Olha Finkilshtein is a alumnus of the Department of Management named after Oleg Balatskyi. She graduated from graduate school with a degree in “Mechanisms of Public Administration” at the department. She is actively developing and making the FEEL FINE and DN Service brands successful today.<\/p>\n

DN Service car service was recognized as the best multi-brand car service of Sumy region in 2018 according to ab.ua. In 2020, together with 6 car services of Ukraine, it claims the title of the best car service in Ukraine – 2020. On June 8, 2019, it organized in Sumy the largest autoquest in Ukraine, which is included in the Book of Records of Ukraine.<\/p>\n

FEEL FINE brand – produces cosmetic products for beauty masters and sells them throughout Ukraine.<\/p>\n

On the example of these brands Olha Finkilshtein considered the peculiarities of the application of management functions in real life. Particular attention was paid to the communication processes and skills that a true manager must possess. Olha Finkilshtein also advised useful literature for self-development and self-motivation.<\/p>\n

Some of the students were even given the opportunity to work in practice at DN Service.<\/p>\n

The students thanked Olha Finkilshtein for an interesting and very useful lesson.<\/p>\n
