{"id":58819,"date":"2020-11-26T22:03:54","date_gmt":"2020-11-26T20:03:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/management.biem.sumdu.edu.ua\/successful-together"},"modified":"2025-04-03T11:18:08","modified_gmt":"2025-04-03T08:18:08","slug":"successful-together","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/management.biem.sumdu.edu.ua\/en\/allcategories-en-gb\/14-our-news\/415-successful-together","title":{"rendered":"Successful together!"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"old_post\">\n<p>This is the motto of the All-Ukrainian Association of United Territorial Communities (OTG), which has been working for 4 years &#8211; defending and lobbying the interests of OTG at the regional and local levels throughout Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p>On November 26, the OTG Association organized a Forum of New Local Self-Government. As part of a practice-oriented approach to the training of future civil servants, teachers and students of the second and fourth courses of the specialty &#8220;Public Administration&#8221; joined a large-scale online event. The participants of the event were the heads of more than a thousand territorial communities, deputies of Ukraine, officials of central government bodies, representatives of international organizations, experts, media representatives.<\/p>\n<p>The Forum focused on local government reform and decentralization: problems, prospects, next steps.<\/p>\n<p>The experience of Sweden and Poland, which was shared by the participants of the forum &#8211; European experts in local self-government, became interesting for students.<\/p>\n<p>Topics of the Forum, which students visited intersects with several topics of training disciplines: &#8220;Administrative-territorial management&#8221; (teacher <a data-link-type=\"menuitem\" href=\"\/en\/opanasiuk\" target=\"_self\" title=\"\">Opanasyuk Yu.A.<\/a>), &#8220;Political institutions and processes&#8221;, &#8220;Monitoring and evaluation of management&#8221; (teacher <a data-link-type=\"menuitem\" href=\"\/en\/component\/sppagebuilder\/?Itemid=211\" target=\"_self\" title=\"\">Mishenina G.A.<\/a>)<\/p>\n<p>Students left some feedback after visiting the Forum:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;After the Forum, I realized that budgeting is one of the most important components of any organization, especially OTG.&#8221; &#8211; says Irina.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;During the Forum, I realized how important and responsible the management of OTG is,&#8221; Daria shared her impressions.<\/p>\n<p>The event was supported by the Swedish-Ukrainian project &#8220;Support to Decentralization in Ukraine&#8221; SKL International SKL International.org.ua and the Swiss-Ukrainian project &#8220;Support to Decentralization in Ukraine&#8221; DESPRO.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This is the motto of the All-Ukrainian Association of United Territorial Communities (OTG), which has been working for 4 years &#8211; defending and lobbying the interests of OTG at the regional and local levels throughout Ukraine.
