The speaker was Iryna Papusha, PhD, non-executive director, board member of Ukrainian and Dutch companies, corporate governance advisor.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The manager has two tools &#8211; strategy and corporate culture&#8221;, that&#8217;s how Irina&#8217;s webinar started. When you look at the corporate culture of an organization, you are actually looking at the total amount of behavior of all employees. Corporate culture has a great impact on employee engagement, productivity and business growth.
