She started her career as a lawyer at ICF Legal Service, and later, under her leadership, the company entered the TOP-50 law firms of Ukraine and the TOP-500 law firms in the world. In 2018, Natalia and her team joined the global corporation Deloitte, whereas a partner she led the practice of comprehensive business transformations. In the same year, she entered the world ranking of Best Lawyers in the categories: Corporate Law, Banking, and Finance Law.<\/p>\n<p>During the meeting, three levels of change management were discussed:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 personal changes;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 changes in team management. How to build trust and teamwork to receive support in times of transformation? How to motivate and increase employee efficiency?<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Changes in society, how to promote society through partnership.
