In August, a meeting of representatives of the Oleg Balatskyi Department of Management took place in the children’s health camp “Universe” with students of schools of Sumy. The participants of the meeting took the first steps to understand “Am I a leader?”, Especially since the third change of the camp is special, because almost all children who took part in the mini-training are leaders in certain fields and have talent. First of all, they are athletes of both team sports and various types of martial arts. They were joined by artists – artists, musicians and other talents.<\/p>\n

Gifted young people were defined with the main qualities of a leader, drew and presented their vision of a leader. In this they were assisted by Associate Professor of Management O.F. Balatsky Valenkevich L.P., graduate student of the second year of study Balagurovska I.O. and 4th year student majoring in “Management” Kovalevsky M.M.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
