Project Coordinator of the Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung Ukraine<\/a> and graduate of the specialty \u201cManagement\u201d Elena Davlikanova and the director of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Business, Economics and Management of Sume State University Tetyana Vasylieva presented the results of the study of the structure of the labor market in the field of agriculture at the round table \u201cUkraine 4.0. Foresight study of socio-economic changes in the labor market and forecasting of professional qualifications with digital skills\u00bb. The round table took place on October 7 in the Congress Center of Sumy State University.<\/p>\n

Issues of agricultural development of the economy, including digitalization, aspects of Industry 4.0 and workplace automation, changes in the needs of employers in qualified personnel and labor market forecasting in Ukraine were discussed during the round table. Representatives of the authorities, agricultural enterprises of Sumy region, public organizations, postgraduate students,\u00a0scientists took part in the round table.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
