On October 21, a practice-oriented event, a lecture on \u201cDifferent types of CRM-systems and their impact on management decisions, planning and control\u201d was held at Oleg Balatskyi Department of Management. The class was conducted by Dmytro Yuriyovych Taruta, Head of the Sales Department of the leading logistics services company in Ukraine.<\/p>\n

The event was held for 2nd year students majoring in 281 \u201cPublic Management and Administration\u201d (educational program \u201cPublic Management and Administration\u201d) and 073 \u201cManagement\u201d (educational program \u201cManagement\u201d) within the discipline \u201cMethods of Management Decision Making\u201d (lecturer Bondar T.V.).<\/p>\n

The relevant and important issues of successful and effective management decisions making have been discussed within the topic of the discipline \u201cAutomation of the management decision-making process\u201d during the event.
