EN-93 \/ 2pu (students of the educational program &#8220;Public Administration&#8221;) had a great opportunity to gain knowledge and learn the practicalities of organizing activities in the public administration.<\/p>\n<p>Such features and practical experience were shared by Mykola Borysenko, \u00a0a practitioner, chief specialist of the department for organizing the activities of the Sumy City Council. Many interesting and well-founded issues were considered in the framework of the topic &#8220;Quality management of public services&#8221;.
