Exciting!!!"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"old_post\">\n<div>On February 4, 2023, another stage of the School of Leaders of Change took place, in which the head of the Department of Management named after O. F. Balatskyi, Doctor of Economics, Prof. Ihor Ivanovych Rekunenko substantiated the need to reveal the potential of each individual. Volodymyr Lobodin (director of the &#8220;Manufactura&#8221; shopping center) shared his personal experience of the formation and development of leadership qualities. Vladyslav Dibrova (head of the Sumy youth organization) spoke about methods and algorithms for identifying and implementing leadership abilities.
