During the meeting, they discussed the features of creating the first project, the basic principles of the project manager&#8217;s work, including initiation, planning and control of implementation of project works, interaction of project team members, etc.<\/p>\n<p>The practical-oriented event was held within the framework of the discipline \u201cProject Planning and Control\u201d, teacher Alona Yevdokymova. We are grateful to Ivan Glushko for an interesting meeting, honest answers and insights into the work of a project manager.
