On 3 November, the world celebrates the International Project Manager’s Day, which was joined by lecturers and students of the O. Balatskyi Department of Management. The guarantor of the Master’s programme “Project Management”, Associate Professor Aliona Yevdokimova and Associate Professor of the Department, lecturer of the programme Tetyana Mayboroda conducted a board simulation game “Life as a Project” for master’s students.<\/span><\/p>\n

This game is a training game for acquiring\/improving time planning and organisation skills, creating a basis for analysing personal and team time planning:<\/p>\n

– students learn to be aware of the amount of work during the project implementation<\/div>\n
– plan their own tasks and prioritise them<\/div>\n
– prepare for unforeseen events\/activities both in their personal lives and in the project<\/div>\n
– realise the importance of teamwork and project implementation stages<\/div>\n
– and many other useful skills and ideas.<\/div>\n
It was a very emotional and interesting evening of live communication and interactive learning!<\/span><\/p>\n
