Through a series of interactive sessions and practical exercises, participants explored the complexities of cultural interactions and developed strategies to navigate and bridge cultural divides effectively.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Mayboroda&#8217;s expertise in intercultural dynamics has guided students through an enriching educational experience, fostering a community of learners who are equipped to engage in respectful and productive intercultural dialogues. The course has been highly appreciated for its engaging curriculum and the practical relevance of its content, which prepares students for the globalized workforce.<\/p>\n<p>This course is part of Jean Monnet Project \u00abEducational Agenda for Intercultural City Development\u00bb (ID No 101047729 ERASMUS-JMO-2021-HEI-TCH-RSCH). Sumy State University remains committed to providing high-quality, innovative educational programs that promote understanding and cooperation among diverse cultural groups.
