First-year student of the Oleg Balatsky Department of Management, Salii Anastasiia Oleksandrivna (group M-32an\/1u, specialty “Management”), participated in the Bootcamp training camp within the UPSHIFT program in Sumy region, which took place from February 21 to 24, 2024, in Sumy city.<\/p>\n

During these four days, teams searched for solutions to the problems that concern them. They developed their own project ideas and became true agents of change in their community.<\/p>\n

Bootcamp is a 4-day educational training for 10 youth teams, participants of the innovative program for youth UPSHIFT by the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF). The UPSHIFT program in Poltava and Sumy regions is implemented by the NGO “Nova Poltava” within the program “Youth Potential Development in Poltava and Sumy regions”, in partnership with the NGO “Centre Euroinitiative”, with financial support from the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) and the Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany (BMZ) through the development bank KfW.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
