The NGO team actively monitors and participates in decision-making processes within the city, stimulates civic engagement, and helps citizens navigate complex issues. Additionally, non-governmental organizations often employ unconventional management and control approaches, which can inspire students in their future projects and provide practical insights into the implementation of controlling.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Overall, the interaction between management students and practitioners from the public sector contributes to shaping competent, socially responsible, and creative professionals capable of adapting to modern challenges.<\/p>\n<p>Thank you for the meeting!<\/p>\n<p>The event was also attended by first- and second-year students of the &#8220;Management&#8221; educational program, as well as second- and third-year students of the &#8220;Public Administration and Governance&#8221; program.
