On April 9 and 16, 2025, as part of the course \u201cContemporary Trends in Management Research\u201d (taught by Doctor of Economics, Professor I.I. Rekunenko), first-year postgraduate students attended guest lectures delivered by Professor Timur Uman from J\u00f6nk\u00f6ping International Business School, J\u00f6nk\u00f6ping University (Sweden).<\/p>\n

The topics of the discussions were: \u201cPublishing and Research Advancement Strategies\u201d and \u201cModern Trends in Management.\u201d<\/p>\n

During the first session, the students learned about the role of academic publishing in a research career, the main requirements for early-career researchers in Sweden, which journals to target for publication, the peer-review process, and more. The second session focused on academic works dedicated to current trends in management.<\/p>\n

The students expressed their gratitude to the guest speaker for his engaging and valuable insights regarding their future research and academic careers.<\/em><\/p>\n
