The event was held in an incredibly friendly, warm, and comfortable atmosphere. Participants received certificates and gifts.<\/p>\n<p>The Department of Management named after Oleg Balatsky submitted research papers in the following fields of study: \u201cEducational Management,\u201d \u201cOrganizational Management,\u201d \u201cProject and Program Management,\u201d and \u201cHuman Resource Management and Labor Economics.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Students from various academic years participated in the competition, presenting works that covered a wide range of topics \u2014 from managerial aspects in education to innovative approaches in organizational and human resource management. The participants not only demonstrated a high level of theoretical knowledge but also proposed innovative solutions to current management challenges.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The winners of the first round of the competition in their respective fields were:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Educational Management<\/strong> \u2013 Viktoriia Biloshapka (Group AMm-41), scientific advisor \u2013 Viktoriia Martynets;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Organizational Management<\/strong> \u2013 Eduard Bohdan (Group M-31), scientific advisor \u2013 Yuliia Matvieieva;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Project and Program Management<\/strong> \u2013 Serhii Shaparenko (Group UPm-31), scientific advisor \u2013 Aliona Yevdokymova;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Human Resource Management and Labor Economics<\/strong> \u2013 Halyna Surmai (Group Mz-22-3s), scientific advisor \u2013 Vadym Lukianykhin.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We sincerely congratulate all participants on the successful completion of the first stage of the competition and wish them continued academic achievements and new victories!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On April 11, the winners of the first round of the All-Ukrainian Student Research Competition presented the results of their research at a scientific conference organized by the Educational and Scientific Institute of Business, Economics, and Management (ESI BEM).
