Once again, on May 5, 2025, during a class on the subject \u201cManagement,\u201d first-year students of the Institute of Business, Economics, and Management (BEM) were visited by university alumnus, entrepreneur, public figure, and co-founder of the branded coffee shop chain \u201cROCK KAVA,\u201d Oleksandr Yushchenko.<\/p>\n
The meeting with our stakeholder-practitioner turned out to be interesting, useful, and informative. Oleksandr shared his experience in running a business, his life philosophy, and the importance of lifelong learning. The students eagerly discussed topics such as the specifics of starting and managing a business in today\u2019s environment, effective team management, and the personal development of an individual as a personality, manager, and leader.<\/p>\n
Gaining additional knowledge from practitioners is an essential and important part of the educational process at the university.
