Balatsky Department of Management, SumDU: \u201cFeatures of Formation and Development of Successful Brands\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>October 10, 2025<\/em> &#8211; within the courses <em>\u201cCareer and Time Management\u201d<\/em> and <em>\u201cProject and Process Management\u201d<\/em>, students of BIEM Institute met with invited speaker <strong>Olha Finkilshtein<\/strong>, co-founder and director of the <strong>Feel Fine<\/strong> brand.<\/p>\n<p>During the meeting, the speaker shared her personal experience in building a brand that evokes emotions, builds trust, and inspires clients.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAn organization is a place where you can meet your needs by purchasing a product or service.<\/p>\n<p>But a brand is the same &#8211; plus emotion, and it\u2019s the emotion people are willing to pay more for,\u201d &#8211; noted Ms. Olha.<\/p>\n<p>She emphasized that to create a strong brand, it is essential to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>step into the client\u2019s shoes and understand their real needs;<\/li>\n<li>be sincere and consistent in communication;<\/li>\n<li>build a <strong>team<\/strong>, not subordinates \u2014 because people make the brand brighter;<\/li>\n<li>care about your \u201cown\u201d client by creating a service with soul.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The <strong>Feel Fine<\/strong> brand, which combines product manufacturing and infobusiness, demonstrates that success comes to those who love people, act fast, take responsibility, and genuinely strive to make clients\u2019 lives better and more comfortable.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSuccessful brands and people are those who do what they can\u2019t help but do.<br \/>\nThey have something to say, they experiment, respect others, and love what they do,\u201d &#8211; summarized the speaker.<\/p>\n<p>Participants of the session gained not only practical insights but also inspiration to develop their own projects and personal brands.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The event was joined by the department lecturers: Yuliia Matvieieva (within the courses \u201cCareer and Time Management\u201d and \u201cProject and Process Management\u201d) and Anastasiia Niesheva (within the course \u201cTheory of Management and Administration\u201d).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Event organizer:<\/strong> <em>Yuliia Matvieieva<\/em>, PhD in Economics, Associate Professor, Senior Lecturer of the O.
