Reflecting. Advancing. A Community of Practice for Teaching and Learning Developers\u201d<\/em> hosted by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ustp.at\/de\">St. P\u00f6lten University of Applied Sciences<\/a>, a long-standing partner within the <a href=\"https:\/\/eudres.eu\/\">EUDRES\u00b2 European University Alliance <\/a>\u00a0.<\/p>\n<p>She participated in the Staff Week together with her colleague Alina Vysochyna, Associate Professor of the Department of Accounting and Taxation and Head of the Department of Strategic Analysis and Planning of Personnel Development. During the event, the SumDU representatives presented a case of the University\u2019s Teaching Excellence Framework, shared institutional practices, and engaged in discussions on key challenges in teaching and learning in higher education.<\/p>\n<p>The Staff Week provided a valuable platform for professional exchange with European colleagues and for discussing future cooperation, including joint academic events and participation in partner initiatives within the EUDRES\u00b2 alliance.
