On March 11, a binary practice-oriented session was held at the Oleg Balatskyi Department of Management of Sumy State University within the course \u201cHuman Resource Management\u201d on the topic: \u201cCareer Management: Labor Market Requirements and Occupational Safety.\u201d<\/p>\n
The session featured an invited speaker \u2014 Andrii Andrieiev, Chief State Inspector of the Occupational Safety Department of the North-Eastern Interregional Office of the State Service of Ukraine on Labour.<\/p>\n
Participants gained practical knowledge on current labor market requirements, career development strategies, compliance with occupational safety standards, and the role of state regulation in labor relations. Particular interest was generated by the practical cases and recommendations presented by the speaker, which contributed to a deeper understanding of professional challenges and enhanced students\u2019 readiness for their future careers.<\/p>\n
