On April 8, 2026, a special event took place at the Educational and Scientific Institute of BIEM \u2014 an offline conference and a ceremonial awarding of winners of student academic competitions and research contests. This was not just a formal event \u2014 it was a vibrant gathering filled with sincere words, applause, support, and pride in our students. Finally \u2014 offline, together, in a true academic atmosphere. Welcoming remarks were delivered by the Director of the BIEM Institute, Oleksii Lyulyov, as well as representatives of the departments who stand behind these achievements every day. Our winners who presented their research works: Eduard Bohdan 1st place in the Student Research Competition (Project and Program Management) 2nd place in the Olympiad in \u201cManagement\u201d Supervisor: DSc (Economics), Professor, Head of Department Ihor Rekunenko Veronika Rudenko 1st place in the Student Research Competition (Educational Management) Supervisor: PhD (Economics), Associate Professor Svitlana Rybalchenko Diana Konovalenko 2nd place in the Student Research Competition (Educational Management) Supervisor: PhD (Economics), Associate Professor Yuliia Matvieieva Yehor Palyvoda 1st place in the Olympiad in \u201cManagement\u201d Oleksii Markin 3rd place in the Olympiad in \u201cManagement\u201d Participants of the event received pleasant gifts, which became an additional motivation for further academic achievements. Special thanks to our partners who actively contribute to practice-oriented learning. In particular, Hanna Stryzhak \u2014 leader of more than 165 consultants at Mary Kay and a well-known makeup artist in Sumy \u2014 who provided our students with certificates for a free masterclass \u201cBusiness Makeup Techniques for the Office\u201d as a form of support and motivation for women in science. This day was about more than victories. It was about motivation, growth, scientific passion, and a strong academic community.
