The Department of Management is continuously evolving to expand opportunities. This time, the department's teachers joined the Ukrainian Association for the Development of Management and Business Education (UARMBO) to introduce modern effective educational and management technologies in educational activities.
UARMBO is a voluntary union of educational institutions of various forms of ownership, created to meet the everyday needs of its members and the individual needs of professional development.
The main goals of UARMBO are:
- Improving the working environment of Ukrainian higher education institutions, training, and business services.
- Development of quality standards and evaluation processes that would guide educational institutions, programs, and teachers towards international standards achievement.
- Promoting the development of national and international partnerships in education and business.

On Friday, October 9th , 3rd year students majoring in Organizational Management joined the online training "Sustainable Development Goals as a Tool for Civil Society Consolidation" delivered by NGO " Lifelong Learning Centre" in the framework of the Week of Civic Education of the Eastern European Network Civic Education (EENCE). Under the initiative of the lecturer of the Department of Management Mayboroda Tetyana students of group M-82a joined this training in the frame of the discipline "Corporate Social Responsibility".
Coaches Denys Smolennikov and Nadiya Kostyuchenko acquainted the audience with the key stages of the Concept of Sustainable Development in the world, its current state in Ukraine, acquainted with the international experience on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)and successful cases of Ukraine in cooperation with international projects and worked on the priority of SDGs for our country at the present stage.

On October 5, 2020, bachelor students of the М-82ан group took part in an action under the slogan "The United in Europe - 30 years of German unity", which aims to promote the idea of Ukrainian-German unity. The innovation project #TagderEinheit initiated by the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany in Kyiv city, in particular by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Federal Republic of Germany to Ukraine Anka Feldhuzen. Sumy has become one of the 14 cities of the all-Ukrainian project, which is held as part of the “German Weeks in Ukraine”. The coordinators of the #TagderEinheit project in Sumy city are the NGO "Youth Media Union (YMU)" and the SSU Media Center, “U-lab“. The project showed how modern technologies allow us to get closer to each other.
