On 18-19 November 2022 associate professor of Oleg Balatskyi Department of Management Tetyana Mayboroda took part in the first 2 days of training from the European Diplomatic Academy " Diplomatic Skills Masterclass". This training engaged 16 participants from various countries such as Great Britain, Albania, Poland, Georgia, Ireland, Azerbaijan, Turkey, South Africa, Cameroon, Austria, Saudi Arabia, Serbia and Montenegro.

Teachers of Sumy State University (Oleksii Demikhov, PhD, senior lecturer of the Department of Management named after Oleg Balatsky, and Nadiia Demikhova, DSc, professor of the Department of Family Medicine) participated in the academic mobility program ERASMUS+KA171 at the Tallinn University of Technology with teaching of the course "European experience in the formation and implementation of public policy in public health" on November 2-13, 2022. 
Ph.D., senior lecturers of the Department of Management Opanasyuk Yu.A. and Taraniuk K.V. took part in the conference "Problems of management science and research" (Klaipeda, Lithuania)
As part of the conference, a section was held for Ukrainian researchers in Ukrainian. It was modeled by Ukrainian scientists currently working at Klaipeda University.
The scientists exchanged their scientific works and discussed the topics of future research.
We hope for further cooperation with Lithuanian colleagues.
On November 15, 2022, a guest lecture was held by Roman Yaremenko, a graduate of the Project Management specialty, director of the Sumy branch of the IT STEP computer academy.
