On October 13, 2022, teachers of NNI BiEM - Doctor of Economics, professor of the Department of International Economic Relations - L.M. Taraniuk and Doctor of Economics, Associate Professor of the Oleg Balatsky Department of Management - K. V. Taraniuk participated in the SCEE 2022 "SCIENTIFIC CONFERENCE ON ECONOMICS AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP" conference of the Riga University of Technology.
In order to improve the quality of training of students of higher education in public administration, the Oleg Balatskyi department of management continues to increase practice-oriented activities.
So, on October 3-4, within the framework of classes on the discipline "Management of human resources in public administration" (teacher Vadim Lukyanikhin), students of higher education at the educational and qualification level "bachelor" specialty 6.281.00.02 PUBLIC MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATION (гр. ЕН-93/2пу, ЕН-93/4пу.н) participated in a series of personnel master classes: "New draft law "On labor", "Mysterious Classifier of occupations", "Military accounting at the enterprise", which took place in the form of a webinar on the personnel video platform of the company Kadroland.
Students had the opportunity to obtain relevant practical knowledge and skills from the above-mentioned topics from practitioners - experts in the field of labor relations and personnel administration: Tetyana Moiseyenko, Timur Aliyev, Lyudmila Smerdova. The most pressing questions that interested students were discussed at practical classes.
