The webinar was conducted by a certified trainer using the Adizes methodology - Boris Shevelyov. He shared with the audience useful information: on the main problems of forming business processes, how best to prescribe business processes, how best to use the matrix of responsibility for Adizes.

On November 16, Iryna Proshchenko, a head of the Department of Budget Expenditures and Inter-budgetary Relations of Sumy Oblast Territorial Body of State Treasury Service, visited the first-year students specialities of "Management" and "Public Administration" for an online lecture on discipline "Management Theory and Administration". The meeting was organized by Associate Professor of Oleg Balatskyi Department of Management, Olga Dreval.
Iryna Proshchenko, a former graduate of Sumy State University. She has worked in the public administration system for many years, has the status of a civil servant and also holds a managerial position. Iryna Proshchenko interested the students by telling them in simple words about rather complicated things. She talked about budget funds, about the functions of the State Treasury Service of Ukraine in the field of their service, about the single treasury account, about the need for coordination in the process of receipt of funds and expenditures, and so on. Mrs. Iryna answered the questions and from the first minutes attracted the attention of students with her professionalism and charisma!

Second-year students of the specialty "Public Management and Administration" study course from VUMonline "Uniform requirements (standard) to the quality of service to visitors of Administrative Services Center." as part of the discipline "Organization of administrative services"
The main aspects of the course are personal standards of quality service (communication and behavior of administrators) and consideration of non-standard situations and analysis of the quality of CNAP management. Students were able to learn from the experience of practitioners in the course - the heads of centers for administrative services, and hear the practical recommendations of a psychologist on communication and service to citizens.
