He has a different experience from the professional athlete to the public figure. He likes to create, to talk about important things and share the experiences of others.
1. How did the idea to create a marketing agency?
After studying online marketing, I wanted to share my emotions with a "live" person, not a laptop (Smiles).
I met a friend who works in this field, started a conversation about one of the agencies in Ukraine. And, we decided that we wanted to create our own agency.

On the 15th of May at Civic Engagement Club meeting the discussion about “Where to build a career: in Ukraine or/and abroad?” took place. Vladyslav Shapoval, the student of “International Economic Relations” at SSU, Natalia Serebryakova, movie reviewer and Iryna Tatarenko, editor-in-chief of Panorama journal (Kyiv). Iryna graduated from Sumy State University in Management and changed her major to journalism and now she is a successful editor of the books, journals, and social events. Shvindina Hanna, the CEO of NGO “Lifelong Learning Centre”, the head of the department of management, was the organizer and moderator of the event.
The participants shared their stories of success, their vision on dreaming about impossible things, their ups and downs in a career, and interesting cases. The total number of participants was 25, including the students of the first year of SSU.

One of the topics in “Management” was devoted to emotional intellect. Because of Daniel Goleman’s book, this concept conquered the dominance in management literature and leadership studies. It’s well known that high emotional intelligence is the precondition of the successful negotiations, sales transactions or project pitching. And one of the practical implementations of that soft skills is sales. That’s why the meeting with Mr Artem Knyazev, trainer at LLC Globalbilgi, was dedicated to sales for the beginners and emotions management. Mr Knyazev has an experience in sales since 2014 and now he trains salesmen at his company.
Mr Knyazev shared his experience of successful sales, management and structuring operations in sales, self-control, self-motivation and emotions control. This theme took place within the course “Management” (Lecturer: Dr Shvindina Hanna) for the first-year students of specialities “Entrepreneurship, trade and exchange activities”, “Marketing”, “Banking Business”, “Economic Cybernetics”, “International economic relations”, “Accounting and audit”, “Public and local finances”. Around 70 students of economic specialities took part in the meeting.
