On February 16, 2024, students of groups M-31, PU-31 and M-21a had the opportunity to learn about the experience of a successful graduate of the "Management" specialty, Anna Stryzhak, who is currently the leader of the business group of the Ukrainian branch of the Mary Kay company. During the meeting, she shared strategies for team organization and motivation, as well as methods for analyzing change and the environment. On January 18, 2024, students of schools No. 15 and No. 9 had a unique opportunity to master the "Secrets of Time Management" at an event held in cooperation with the Oleh Balatsky Department of Management.
At this event, participants not only learned about the importance of time management, but also gained practical skills. During the training, they learned how to effectively identify chronophages or time killers and learned effective methods of combating them.
Tetyana Mayboroda, Associate Professor of the Department of Management and Deputy Head of the Department of International Cooperation of Sumy State University, is among the participants in the project " Management of Internationalisation and German-Ukrainian Academic Cooperation" (MoI) developed by Leibniz University Hannover with the support of the DAAD Programme for 2024: "Supporting for the Internationalisation of Ukrainian Higher Education Institutions – Continuing Education Programmes for Administrators at Ukrainian Higher Education Institutions in Education and Academic Management" to meet the needs of German-Ukrainian academic cooperation.
Teacher of the department, Doctor of Economics, Assoc. Yu.A. Opanasyuk received a scholarship from the American Councils as part of the "Support Program for Displaced Teachers of Ukraine".
