On April 20, 2021, Snizhana Mykolayivna Gavrilova visited the masters majoring in “Project Management” as part of the course study “Project execution” on the topic “Contract Management”. Ms. Snizhana has significant experience in organizing contractual relations, currently works as an economist at TURBOMASH LLC and TECHNOCHEM LLC. For Snizhana Mykolayivna, the online meeting was an opportunity to share her experience with students and talk about career opportunities for students of this educational program because she is a graduate of the department’s first issue majoring in "Project Management".
The speaker, from practical experience, spoke about the life cycle of the contract, the peculiarities of the organization, implementation and completion of contractual relations, as well as the importance of contract management for the successful implementation of the project. Students were interested in the necessary competencies and knowledge to work in contract management, the peculiarities of negotiating with domestic and foreign partners.

April 20 for fourth-year students gr. SR-71 specialty 231. "Social work" in the study of the discipline "Strategic Management with a content module: Management of social work. Organization of systems of documentation of social work "(teacher - Ph.D., Assoc. Prof. Onishchenko M.L.). A meeting was held with Dmitrenko Inna Mykolayivna, Deputy Director of Sumy City Youth Leisure Center of Sumy City Council. The lecture was devoted to the main directions of the strategic development of Sumy.

Series of trainings for pupils of grades 9-11 of secondary school № 5, Sumy took place from 15 to 19 of April. On the example of the specialty "Public Administration" pupils learned to choose a future profession and plan their time.
During the conversation, the participants understood the importance of understanding their identity when they choosing a future profession. Pupils also got acquainted with time management-tools.
The participants of the trainings grew the Tree of Profession and thanks to Eisenhower's methods they learned to set priorities.
Representatives associate professor Valenkevich Larysa and postgraduate student Balagurovska Inna from the Oleg Balatskyi Department of Management helped them to acquire these skills.
