Anastasiya Karepina, a student at the Department of Management, shared her impressions of the Erasmus+ academic mobility program in Almeria, Spain:
"I am studying at the University of Almeria for the second semester under the Erasmus+ academic mobility program.
The program supports opportunities for educational and academic mobility in education and for youth, projects and partnerships, and the development of strategies and cooperation. Thanks to Erasmus+, hundreds of students from all over Europe have the opportunity to meet in different countries to study abroad, exchange experiences, find new acquaintances and experiences. Also, because of the war in Ukraine, there have been many more opportunities for Ukrainian students. European universities have opened extraordinary academic mobility for study. Now universities directly invite students to study. The University of Almeria is no exception.

On December 30, as part of studying the course "Behavioral models of decision-making in management", an educational and practical seminar was held in the Laboratory of Behavioral Economics of NNI BiEM. Students of higher education familiarized themselves with the material and technical base, as well as the results of the first studies conducted on the basis of Sumy State University using eye-tracking technologies and monitoring of the electrical activity of the skin. On the case of a local media platform, the differences in the perception of text and graphic information by humans and artificial intelligence were analyzed for further decision-making regarding participation in a charity project.

In December 2022, the course “Intercultural City Development” was provided to enrolled participants. The course took place within Jean Monnet Module «Educational Agenda for Intercultural City Development» (ID No 101047729 ERASMUS-JMO-2021-HEI-TCH-RSCH). The professor of the department, Dr. Hanna Shvindina, Dr.Sci., who has experience in intercultural strategy design, shared her experience and knowledge with the residents of different cities. More than 25 students enrolled in this course, but only the most motivated and goal-oriented completed it. We hope for the continuation of this work next year!
