In the dynamic world of project management, membership in the Project Management Institute (Project Management Institute) is a significant step towards professional excellence. Recently, two faculty members from O. Balatsky Department of Management, Associate Professor Alona Yevdokymova, the guarantor of the Master's Program in Project Management, and Associate Professor Tetyana Mayboroda, a member of the project working group, joined this global community of over 700,000 professionals.
Membership in PMI is an important step and added value in the development and implementation of the project Internationalisation of Curriculum for the Project Management study programme to launch in 2025-2026 academic year: “Internationalisation of Curriculum: Project Management as a Pilot Program (IoC:PMasPP), which is being implemented as part of the DAAD and Leibniz University of Hannover's training program Management of Internationalisation and German-Ukrainian Academic Cooperation, in which Tetyana Mayboroda is taking part in 2024 (3rd cohort).

On October 4th, students of the "Management" and "Public Administration" programs participated in a motivational session with Vita Lisova, a professional financial literacy coach and practicing psychologist.
The event took place as part of the courses "Office Management" and "Self-Management." The main theme of the meeting was "Managing Finances and Life." During the session, participants actively discussed key aspects of financial planning, the impact of criticism on personal life, building self-confidence, and effective practices for boosting self-esteem.
