Students of the Department of Management Zaratuyko Igor and Zaratuyko Ruslan within the framework of the program of academic mobility, implemented on their own initiative in the form of "training", went to Centennial and Seneca colleges (Toronto, Canada).
In the framework of participation in the program of academic mobility at the Krakow Academy Miedzyzowski (Krakow, Poland) Miski Sniegana, a postgraduate student in higher education in specialty 281 "Public Management and Administration" (educational program "Administrative Management") of the Department of Management of Full-time Education in the period from 01.10.2018 to 31.12.2019 will be trained at the academy Modjevsky in the specialty "International relations".
From September 2018 to June 2019, for almost two full semesters, associate professor of the Department of Management, Hanna Shvindina will stay as a visiting scholar at the Purdue University, Indiana, USA within the Fulbright Program. Purdue University of Purdue, founded almost a century and a half ago, is now home to more than 3,000 teachers and a training ground for more than 40,000 students. The University has an expanded field of activities and research, and is well-known for its graduates such as Astronaut Neil Armstrong, Nobel Laureates in Physics Edward Miles Purcell and Ben Roy Mottelson, as well as Akira Suzuki, Nobel Prizer in chemistry. Currently, two Nobel laureates, Herbert Brown and Ei-ichi Negishi, work at the Department of Chemistry. Among the graduates of the university are well-known businessmen and entrepreneurs, politicians who are Pulzer Prize-winners. Each year, the university expandes more than $ 450 million in support of research, attracting funds from state and federal agencies, industry, foundations and individual donors. The Fulbright Program provides an opportunity for researchers from different countries to exchange ideas, projects, and create a network of research innovations. Professor Vincent Daffy has been kindly invited our colleague to be hosted at his department for further collaboration in favor of two universities - Purdue University and Sumy State University. Assistant of the Department of Management of the Academic and Research Institute of Finance, Economics and Management Oleksii Demikhov has completed internships at the Jean Monnet Summer School under the Erasmus + European Union Program in the area of "Legislation and Public Health Policy", during the period September 24-28, 2018. The event took place at the Menéndez Pelayo International University (UIMP) State University in Santander (Cantabrian Community Administrative Center, Spain). An intensive training workshop was devoted to comparative analysis of various contemporary health problems and relevant public policies in Europe and America. Practitioners and health researchers, physicians, lawyers and scientists of the relevant profile became participants of the workshop. 29 students from 13 countries attended the workshop. The lecturers were experienced researchers and scientists from Canada, the Netherlands, Italy, Brazil, Denmark and Spain. After the completion of internships all participants received the relevant certificates.

On September 18, 2018, the successful defense of the PhD thesis of the postgraduate student of the Department of Management, Mr. Demikhov O.I., was held on the topic “Formation and implementation of public housing policy in Ukraine” (specialty 25.00.02 - mechanisms of public administration) in the specialized academic council of the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine.
The research was conducted with scientific supervisor – Iya O. Degtyariova, Doctor of Sciences in Public Administration, Professor of the Department of Regional Management, Local Self-Government and City Administration (National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine).
