During the last weeks, the students of the department didn’t stop learning, most of the spheres of life were adapted to online-technologies. The flexibility, intensity and usability – that’s the points of the new learning strategy. The online-testing, case-study, attestation and lecture attending become possible via online. According to the students, the learning is becoming intense and interesting, as well as according to the educators. And this period we should use for the good for our common development.

On the 27th of March the head of the department, Dr.Sci., Shvindina Hanna provided the seminar on Bibliometric Analysis for the faculty and PhD students. The published data arise enormously last decades and the data processing data are in need for a researcher. The seminar was aimed at sharing the knowledge about the bibliometric analysis via VosViewer software and Publish or Perish. These tools are well-known and yet few scholar use them in their research. This knowledge sharing became possible because of Professor Vincent Duffy from Purdue University who was the supervisor and a guide in bibliometric analysis during academic exchange of Hanna Shvindina, once a Fulbrighter. More than 30 participants attended the seminar online and acquired the knowledge about this flow of academic search. All the participants will be certified.

On the 24th of March the head of the department, Dr.Sci. Shvindina Hanna who is also a CEO of NGO “Lifelong Learning Centre” took part in Webinar “UNESCO learning cities respond to COVID-19”. The challenges that are crucial for the cities all around the world were discussed among the 250 participants from different countries.
The experience on overcoming the challenges was presented by the representatives of Wuhan, Shanghai and Beijing (China), Fermo (Italy) and Kashan (Iran). The agenda and presentations of the webinar and summary report are presented at the site of UNESCO and available for the public.

The webinar is aimed at sharing the decisions, tools, best practices and contacts under the closing the schools and HEIs due to COVID-19 and at experience sharing between members and non-members of UNESCO learning cities network towards the pandemic problems solving.

In the frame of cooperation project with Ghana Baptist University College Vice-director of ARI FEM for coordination of collaboration with foreign institutions and for work with international students, assistant of the Department of Management Tetyana Mayboroda and Head of the Department of Marketing Oleksii Lyulyov held set of trainings, presentations and lectures for the new post-graduate students from Ghana.
“It was the hottest week of February we have ever felt in our lives” – this is how our lecturers will remember their stay in Ghanaian city Kumasi, at partner university college campus on 22nd – 29th of February.
That was the first such experience of communication and teaching of foreign post-graduate students with visit to Ghana. Education process and discussions were very intensive and active: management of scientific projects, methodology of scientific research, trainings in modern tools of statistic data collection and processing, bibliographic information processing, algorithm of work with international reference databases Web of Science and Scopus, and more else.
