The Department of Management congratulates PhD, Associate Professor Yuliia Matvieieva on the release of the new scientific monograph, prepared in collaboration with Ukrainian colleagues as part of the Jean Monnet EnergyS4UA project, implemented with the support of the European Union 🇪🇺.
Monograph: “Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving: Theory and Practice of the EU” (Hamburg, 2025) focuses on modern European approaches to ensuring energy efficiency and energy saving in the context of the EU’s transition to climate neutrality.
The publication systematizes:
— regulatory mechanisms for implementing energy transition policies,
— technological solutions in the field of energy efficiency,
— stakeholder engagement tools,
— models for implementing energy transformation at various levels of governance.
The monograph will be useful for researchers, analysts, managers, and experts in the fields of energy, sustainable development, and public policy, as well as for anyone studying or applying practical tools for energy transformation.
