"My choice fell on this direction, because I always had a desire for foreign languages and learning about new cultures. That is why I also study in the English group at my alma mater. First, it is important to note the openness of the teachers and the dean's office of Sumy State University, as well as their willingness to provide support and help, which greatly simplified the process of solving issues with documents and transferring to an individual schedule. Secondly, it is quite interesting to compare the educational process, evaluation methods and the structure of the academic year.
A few interesting things that impressed me are that, for example, my Polish university has two winter holidays, and the session is held between them. Also, the group chat is located on the Facebook messenger and the main communication with the group mates also takes place in it. Regarding education, the subjects are quite interesting and most of the classes are held in an interactive form with the involvement of students. Outside of studies, the self-government of ESN (Erasmus Student Network) is actively working, which gives the opportunity to participate in various workshops and attend intercultural events. Summarizing the above, I can confidently say that despite some difficulties, I am satisfied with my choice and grateful for the opportunity to experience student life"
