The Department is proud to announce the successful completion of the innovative course "Intercultural Competences Development & Intercultural Communications." Developed by Dr. Tetyana Mayboroda, Ph.D., an Associate Professor in the Management Department and Deputy Head of the International Affairs Department. This course has established a dynamic learning environment where international students and local Ukrainian students collaborate and learn together in English.
This unique program is designed to enhance students' understanding of diverse cultural perspectives and improve their intercultural communication skills. Through a series of interactive sessions and practical exercises, participants explored the complexities of cultural interactions and developed strategies to navigate and bridge cultural divides effectively.
Dr. Mayboroda's expertise in intercultural dynamics has guided students through an enriching educational experience, fostering a community of learners who are equipped to engage in respectful and productive intercultural dialogues. The course has been highly appreciated for its engaging curriculum and the practical relevance of its content, which prepares students for the globalized workforce.
