Obtaining additional knowledge from practitioners is a necessary and important component of the educational process at the university. Oleksandr Yushchenko, an entrepreneur, public figure and co-founder of "ROCK KAVA" LLC, shared his experience of running a business, life position and lifelong learning with students of the 1st year of the BiEM Institute.

The students' meeting with our graduate, stakeholder-practitioner Oleksandr Yushchenko turned out to be interesting, useful and informative. At the lecture session, as part of the study of the "Management" discipline, the issues of the peculiarities of opening and running a business in modern conditions, the effectiveness of team management, the development of a person as an individual, a manager and a leader were discussed.
