During the summer vacation, our Department’s educational team and lecturers continue to work on a unique project to internationalise the curriculum for the Master's degree programme in Project Management. In July, a number of sessions and workshops were held with lecturers, where they were emotionally and lively brainstorming and discussing details and nuances of the relevant chenges and revisions in the programme profile, in learning outcomes, in content and topics of disciplines, in references and sources.
The project to revise and upgrade the Project Management Master’s programme is part of the project Management of Internationalisation: German-Ukrainian Academic Cooperation programme held under the support of DAAD and Leibniz University of Hannover, in which participates Dr. Tetyana Mayboroda, Associate Professor of the Department of Management, Deputy Head of the International Affairs of Sumy State University.
This revised and transformed Master's programme, which will be launched in the academic year 2025-2026, will meet the main trends and challenges of the educational and labour markets both in Ukraine and globally and will help our students gain professional knowledge, experience, worldview and soft skills for successful career growth, as well as for effective work in a fast-paced and dynamic global world, including for the post-war recovery Ukraine.
Only the best transformations and knowledge for the best students of the O.Balatskyi Department of Management of Sumy State University!
