On November 1, lecturers  of the Oleg Balatsky Department of Management, Anastasia Nesheva and Victoria Sulym, conducted an educational quest for 11th graders of the Sumy Classical Gymnasium, the purpose of which was to to explain the basic principles of management.

The quest consisted of several stages that required coordination of efforts and effective communication between participants. They had the opportunity to complete a series of tasks that combined elements of a scientific approach, teamwork, and also contributed to the development of leadership qualities and the ability to make effective decisions in a limited time.

This event helped the participants to feel part of the real management process, as well as to develop their abilities and show leadership qualities, which will be a good basis for further self-development.
