Thematic event - a visit to OLX Ukraine, Kyiv, was organized for students of the specialties “Organization Management” and “Public Management” November 21, 2019 within the framework of the program of development of practical-oriented training by teachers of the Department of Management Mishenina Galyna and Kubatko Viktoria.

The visit began with a tour of a large and modern office, organized on the principle of open-space and containing all elements of an ergonomically oriented organization of space: from comfortable and creative workplace conditions - to food and recreation areas. Students were able to get acquainted with the features of B2B Unit OLX (work with business clients of the platform), ask thematic questions and enjoy coffee with sweets at one of the food zones. Afterwards, SSU representatives met with the OLX team at a panel discussion to learn about the features of the business, the principles of responsible business conduct and the corporate culture of the leader company.

The topic of Corporate Social Responsibility and Success Story, which was told by OLX Ukraine contact center group leader Pogrebna A. and OLX Group General Manager in Europe and Central Asia S.Gapochenko, sparked intense attention. Also, an important element of the event was communication about OLX career opportunities, during which students were interested in working conditions at a company. An informal, eventful and meaningful meeting was held with the assistance and participation of Head of Recruitment and Employer Branding in OLX T. Gunisheva. The positive of the meeting was added by the fact that representatives of SSU exchanged symbolic and thematic gifts with OLX team representatives. On our part from SSU, we presented sweets with logos of university, city and company OLX. Students received branded souvenirs from the OLX company.
