On November 28, 2019, the Lead Manager of the First Ukrainian International Bank (2d Branch in the Sumy city) Oleksij Dubina was invited to take part in the practical class of the course “Investment Management” (educator – Ph.D., Associate Professor Iuliia Myroshnychenko). The event was held as part of a student-centered practical training for the students of the group M-71, specialty “Management”. Oleksij Dubina describes features of loan investment resources formation for the enterprises and scheme of credit repayment. In addition, students got a financial literacy master class with information about importance of accounting and controlling their own finances and the need to create a “financial airbag”.
Students actively participated in the discussion, asked questions about the peculiarities of the manager’s job in a banking institution and the possibility of training. We thank to Oleksij Dubina for the interesting and useful meeting.
