On June 14, 2018, the 2nd stage of the All-Ukrainian competition “The Best Civil Servant” was held on the basis of Interregional National Agency of Ukraine on Public Service in Kharkiv and Sumy regions. The competition was held by two categories –“The Best Leader” and “The Best Specialist". Civil servants of the regional and district state administrations attended the competition.

The organizational committee and the jury included Starchenko L.V., the Director of the Center for Professional and Postgraduate Education and Telizhenko O.M., Head of the Department of Management.

During the competition, the organizing committee held a discussion on topical issues of training and upgrading the skills of civil servants. All participants of the competition received comprehensive information on the conditions of admission and training at Sumy State University by specialty 281“Public Management and Administration” (educational master programs “Public Service” and “Administrative Management”).
