On April 13, 2020, an interesting webinar was held for the students-bachelors of the PA-71 group of the specialty "Public Management and Administration".
Maxim Petrovich, Chairman of the Expert Council of Employers in the specialty "Public Management and Administration", Deputy Head of the Interregional Directorate of the National Agency of Ukraine for Civil Service in Kharkiv and Sumy region, spoke to the students with a presentation and meaningful comments.
Practically oriented event was organized by the lecturer of the Department of Management, Ph.D. from the state government Demikhov O.I.
The presentation was related to the topic "Civil Service Reform in Ukraine" of the work program of the discipline "Civil Service". In particular, issues of digitization of civil service bodies, features of HR-work, conducting of competitive examination and evaluation of official activity of officials were revealed.

After the speech of the specialist students asked Gavriluk MP interesting practical questions regarding the best foreign experience of civil service organization, the possibility of further employment in the authorities and public administration, the expediency of obtaining further professional education (magistracy) in this area.
