Congratulations to Vovchenko Victoria on her victory!
Industry Competition Commission has selected the winners of the All-Ukrainian Student Research Competition in the specialty "Personnel Management and Labor Economics" held at Ternopil National Economic University and awarded the student of the 4th year of the specialty "Management" Vovchenko Victoria (supervisor Lukianykhin V.O.).

Victoria's research, "Building Effective Teams in Scientific and Educational Projects," is interdisciplinary and applied, which has been praised by experts in the field of human resources management and the distinguished jury of the Ukrainian Personnel and Labor Economy. According to the winner: "The theme of team building should be mastered by every person who has to do with management, HR management and effective organization of cooperation of successful teams in any projects, and above all, scientific and educational ones."

The value of the winner's name is quite symbolic - its origin is from Latin. Victoria is a “victory”. Therefore, probably her vital credo is "Win-Win", which is the modern mainstream of management strategies in all spheres of life. Victoria's active life position is revealed not only in scientific, but also in social, managerial and entrepreneurial activity. She is a SSU volunteer, organizer and host of university events; deputy head of the hostel 1-A, chairman of the sanitary condition of the hostel 1-A. Victoria and her partner started their own business - producing exclusive custom-made wooden gifts: notebooks, boxes, cases, board games. This is her inspiration, her passion. (Join joybox_sumy.ua).
