Reports were presented in various fields at the conference, such as green economy, personnel management, Industry 4.0, management of commercial organizations, information technology in management, etc.

The winner Victoria Vovchenko presented a report on team management. This was the result of meaningful scientific work with analytical review, surveys and calculations.

Tatiana Tretyak and Victoria Vovchenko shared her impressions of the conference.

1. How did you prepare for the conference?

Tatiana: I prepared the report based on theses, but of course I watched the video and read articles with analytical material for a better understanding of the topic.

Victoria: I did research as part of writing a bachelor's degree and research work. Just preparing for the conference for 2 days, the first - prepared speech, the second - presentation.

2. Your impression of the conference?

Tatiana: Everything was great! Interesting topics and discussions, meaningful issues that will help further develop in this topic of the report.

Victoria: I liked the conference. Thank you to the teachers for their help in resolving the issues related to the conference.
