Our students not only know how to study and have a great time, but also do science. We talked with our students, winners of scientific competitions and conferences.
Meet. Malonkina Inna specialty "Public Management and Administration". She has participated in more than 10 scientific conferences and forums.
Do science today is fashionable, prestigious and honorable?
Scientific activity today is, first of all, a necessary.
There is no sense in talking about the prestige and fashion of science - thanks to science the world is modernized, renewed and even survives. Let us recite the words of one of the famous French scientists and Nobel Prize winner Frederic Joliot-Curie: “Science is needed by the people. A country that does not develop science becomes a colony."
What does it mean for you personally to do science?
Science for me - an opportunity to thoroughly immerse in the study and analysis of selected topics. When writing my works, my ideas are often transformed, expanding my visions not only on the research topic, but also related fields and concepts. First of all, science is a powerful tool, an opportunity to leave the world your thoughts. To engage in science means to constantly expand the boundaries of knowledge, to join the search for truth.
Tell us about your victories in scientific work.
My scientific path is really modest, but every topic I researched did not leave me aside. I put a lot of effort into every scientific work, sought to leave an important analysis, own considerations and even a particle of the soul. Behind about a dozen research topics, participation in scientific conferences and forums. The main thing is not to stop, to enrich and fill your scientific path with useful and meaningful research in the future.
How did you come to science?
My scientific career began with participation in the student conference "The first step in science". A symbolic event just for the start and the first scientific attempts. I decided to take part because I was worried about issues that were not resolved in our country.
You yourself initiated participation in research activities or inspired one of the teachers?
Participation in research is an important step where you need to see example and support. I have always been lucky with supervisors, with their support to prepare a more thorough and interesting scientific work.
What do you like the most: writing abstracts and articles, writing scientific papers, participating in competitions or conferences? Why?
The form of participation is not as important as the result. I prefer live communication among like-minded people, the search for truth in discussions or conversations, so participation in conferences is most inspiring.
What new have you discovered in science for yourself?
Real science is art. The art of research, the art of correct and clear writing of thoughts, the art of truly loving science… Without love for the work you do, it is impossible to succeed in it.
Would you like to do science in the future?
As for me, the main thing in life, find a professional activity that is not just to your liking, but the one where you can be useful, while realizing your potential. The future will answer this question. (Smiles).
